John leads global searches for a broad range of growth-stage businesses, focusing on technical leadership roles (CIO/CTO) as part of the Executive Search practice at La Fosse Associates. He has 7 years experience in executive search, supporting and advising some of the UK’s most innovative, technology-led start-ups and scale-ups. Prior to La Fosse, he worked with a boutique search firm, leading C-Suite and VP-level mandates for deep-tech businesses. He has a deep understanding of the technology sector and candidate market globally, and has worked across a diverse range of technologies, markets and investment stages.
John graduated from the University of Westminster with a 1st in History.
