Izzy specialises in recruiting senior hires as part of the internal talent practice at La Fosse Associates and is based in our London office. She has over 4 year’s experience within Digital & Tech recruitment, scaling internal teams and making key strategic senior hires.
She has a keen interest in sourcing high calibre of candidates, and head hunting the top 10% of talent within our markets to facilitate our growth at La Fosse.
In her spare time, you’ll find her wining and dining, trying out new restaurants across the city, or visiting her hometown of Bournemouth and enjoying costal walks with her dog.
