Emilie is La Fosse’s Head of Operations and manages the Office & Facilities Team. She is responsible for the delivery of business strategy into effective processes and policies, best practices which enable effective operations across the organisation, from technologies, to procurement, facilities management, and strategic projects.
Emilie has a wealth of experience in handling operations in a wide range of industries from travel to events and tech start-ups.
In her free time, Emilie enjoys spending time in the outdoors, hiking, camping, canoeing or paddling. She especially enjoys the social glass of wine with her friends at the end of a busy outdoorsy day.
