Dominic specialises in recruiting for all skill sets within the Salesforce Ecosystem, as part of the CRM practice at La Fosse Associates. He has a keen interest in the trends affecting CRM Sector, with a particular knowledge of the challenges affecting hiring in this market. He has experience advising a range of businesses, from small start-ups to major organisations, with a particular focus on Financial Services, Start Up Companies and Consultancies.
Outside of work, Dominic is one of the founders of a Podcast that’s focused around tackling the Mental Health issue in the UK at the moment, alongside this he does some charity work to help in this area as well
