Ben’s background is in recruitment and systems training with over 7 years’ experience in developing all levels of recruiters in oil, gas and energy recruitment. Ben is the La Fosse Engagement Manager, helping coordinate and manage our project teams across multiple clients, while also supporting systems to give consultants the knowledge and develop the skills needed to succeed in their role. In addition, he mentors new consultants as La Fosse continues to grow.
