Ali heads up the group marketing function. Ali works with the leadership team to set goals, budgets, and strategies. Her focus is on continuing to build out the La Fosse brand combined with revenue generation through customer acquisition, engagement, and conversion HVOs in our LF index. Allison is Interim Marketing Director heading up the marketing team at La Fosse. She is helping to shape our marketing strategy and plans and pivoting our marketing to showcase our multi-service offering. She’s passionate about brand, innovation and service levels for candidates and clients. Her 20-year career in marketing has spanned recruitment, software, and management consultancy.
