​Alejandro leads the European HR Transformation practice. This division specialises in cross-functional, business-wide, and HR transformation and the team has been built with our customers in mind; to develop and maintain relationships with a selected community of professionals who are qualified industry experts at designing and delivering HR transformation agendas across Europe and the US.

He has excellent knowledge of the strengths and challenges affecting hiring in these markets and has experience advising a range of businesses, from early-stage start-ups to international corporations and consolidated businesses. Alejandro has solid international experience and is also a qualified lawyer, with an educational background in Law and Political Science. He speaks five languages and is passionate about art, sports, space, and travel.
