Brian Jones Management Development

Helping Leaders Grow - a Framework for Leadership

Learning and Development at La Fosse doesn't stop after promotion.  We are committed to progressing our employees' careers at all levels of the business, which is why we have formally adopted Brian Jones' leadership framework as the blueprint for our management and leadership development program.

Brian's framework highlights the key points of difference between leadership and management and how good managers can become great leaders.

We are delighted to be hosting an event in January with Brian, exclusively for HR Directors. At this breakfast briefing, Brian will be highlighting the key points of difference between leadership and management and sharing how his leadership framework can be used to help leaders get better.
