La Fosse Associates is pleased to announce the appointment of Jackie Dane as our first Chief People Officer, based at our London headquarters.
Jackie Dane is passionate about people, culture and values, three things we value very highly at La Fosse. She joins the company with extensive experience working in companies of all sizes, particularly high-growth tech start-ups and SMEs that face challenges similar to our own, and those of our clients. Most recently, Jackie held a VP position at financial intelligence company S&P Global, where she successfully designed and managed an EMEA-wide Regional Operating Model, among other transformational projects.
We are excited to be joined by Jackie and welcome her expertise as we further enhance our People function, which brings together our award-winning L&D team, Talent Acquisition team, and HR team. Jackie’s role as Chief People Officer will be centred around strengthening our culture and values to attract and retain passionate employees as we grow, as well as enhancing processes, benefits and progression opportunities for existing employees to ensure we remain one of the best places to work in the UK.
Through supporting our people and empowering them to be the best they can be, we’re able to greatly increase the value and exceptional levels of care we provide to our clients and candidates. We very much look forward to the energy and ideas Jackie will bring to the company in the coming months and years.
Speaking on her new role, Jackie says:
“I am excited to be part of an organisation that lives and breathes its caring and collaborative culture and has gained competitive advantage through the strength of its people. I am looking forward to partnering with everyone at La Fosse to maintain our culture as we grow and collectively realise our full potential.”
CEO James Parker also comments:
“Our strong culture and values are at the heart of what we do, and having someone as qualified and exceptional as Jackie to maintain this as we grow will be fantastic. The expertise she brings to our People division will be significantly beneficial to the company, and we are delighted to welcome her to the team.”
