La Fosse Associates are pleased to welcome Darren Elton to the board as our new CFO, based at our London headquarters.
Darren joins the company with an impressive track record, starting at EY then Sainsbury’s before moving into recruitment, first at Allegis and most recently Twenty Recruitment (where he worked as the Group COO & CFO). He has built and led finance teams in high-growth environments and will be instrumental in helping to develop our capability further as we expand our service lines.
Darren has also delivered a breadth of commercial, operational and strategic programmes, allowing him to bring a broader commercial skillset outside of finance which will help the company deliver on its strategic objectives.
Speaking on his new role, Darren says:
