We think it’s important to hear about different experiences and paths to success at La Fosse. Rather than us trying to explain them, we decided to sit down with a number of consultants at all levels of the business to hear their story. We will be sharing these regularly; here’s our first 60 second interview with Managing Consultant, Dominic Bosher...

Q: What university did you attend, and what was your degree?
A: I went to the University of Bath Spa and studied Business and Media.
Q: How long have you been working at La Fosse?
A: Since July 2012 – so almost four years now.
Q: What has been your favourite thing about working for La Fosse?
A: The amount of opportunities I’ve been presented and the autonomy, whilst being supported in a great environment.
Q: What’s your story as La Fosse so far?
A: I joined La Fosse straight after graduation as part of the Business Development team. I did this for 7-8 months, before becoming a Business Development consultant for 6 months. After some self-teaching, I was able to take on a full 360 delivery role. Since March 2014 I have been scaling and heading up the Permanent New Business Practice, I started with 3 and it is now 14.
Q: What do you like to do when you’re not working? Do you have any hobbies?
A: I’m a big Rugby fan, carrying an injury at the moment so I am not playing much – I play a lot of golf and when the weather gets better hoping to play some tennis. I bought my first Mercedes last year and I enjoy driving out of London as much as possible. I live in Brixton, there’s plenty around locally to keep me occupied, and I also enjoy going out.
