There is much evidence to suggest that coaching for new starters makes a significant difference to their motivation and to the speed with which they settle in and start to contribute. As a consequence La Fosse Associates has made a clear commitment to fund an initial coaching programme for all senior people that we place.

To achieve this we have partnered with a world-class coaching organisation, Heworth Associates, to create a bespoke programme for senior executives as they transition to new appointments.

This programme is designed to support clients in developing a success strategy for the first 90 days in a new role and consists of two one-hour personal telephone coaching sessions as well as structured pre-work to be completed prior to each call.
